Cannot save changes in text block

I removed the link on the red text but no save is prompted. Tried to modify the body of the text to prompt save button, but it still did not populate. There is however a save on the previous block, however this block was not touched so I would not have expected the save there.

    The RTE had an issue with the link. If the link was tag to be opened in a new tab re-clicking on it caused an error that disconnect any changes made on the RTE. This will be fixed on the release 4.2.0 that should be released soon
